Lukehurst operate a quality in house home delivery service using our own vans and delivery teams which are operated from our warehouse facility in Sittingbourne. The delivery service is free of charge in the Kent area for orders over the value of £350.00.
Customer orders, which are delivered by the supplier direct into Lukehurst’s warehouse, will be carefully checked before we advise customers and arrange delivery.
On the day prior to delivery customers will be contacted and advised of the delivery schedule; if these should change our delivery crews will notify accordingly.
Furniture and beds will be delivered, unpacked and set up. Assembly will be undertaken, and all packaging will be removed.
Customers will need to ensure that access for delivery of their furniture is clear. Advising Lukehurst about any unusual situations, such as difficult traffic restrictions or internal lifts or stairs, is always helpful and will enable us to foresee and overcome any delivery problems. Customers will need to arrange for any electrical work or fixing to walls that may be required.
Lukehurst will remove old furniture and beds, please feel free to discuss your requirements with our customer service team.
