Latest Update from Lukehurst - 9th April
During these strange and difficult times, we wanted to keep you informed about our current position.
Our shops remain closed and the Lukehurst team are at home, for their safety and that of everyone else. However, we are still contactable by phone or email for any queries you may have - the following email will be checked regularly for any enquiries: customerservices@lukehurst.co.uk.
Whilst we are not making deliveries ourselves, a few of our suppliers offer direct home deliveries, following the Government’s guidelines for health and safety. We are publicising these products by web banners on our home page here on our website, eblasts to our customers and via our Facebook and Instagram pages. Why not have a look to see if there is anything that you would like?
We are also still taking orders for all other products on our website, but will not be able to deliver until we are back at work.
For any orders taken, either prior to or during our shop closures, and waiting for delivery, we will get them to you as soon as we can - once we are open again and staff back at work, we will prioritise this to ensure you are not inconvenienced any longer than is necessary.
We will continue to keep you informed, providing updates here on our website and by email. Please also find us on Instagram and Facebook where we'll be sharing news as to when we will reopen and our latest deals, offers and ideas.
The situation we are in is challenging and unprecedented in our 50 years of trading, and we would again like to thank all our wonderful customers for their support over the years and during this difficult time. We hope to see you again soon.
