1.52mm wire springs, 54mm in diameter, sewn on individual calico pockets and hand-formed into a honeycomb-nested unit.

Mattress Boarder

21cm deep with two rows of genuine hand side-stitching. Eight horizontal handles on King Size and above. Air vents on all sides. Borders upholstered in protective wool, finished with piped ticking. 

Mattress Upholstery

Upholstered with horsehair needle-teased onto hessian and enclosed in a hair-proof cambric cover. Overlaid with 1,000gsm bonded British fleece wool and cotton and then 1,200gsm of blended British fleece wool and cotton.

Covered with your choice of finest quality Belgian ticking from the Vispring collection. Hand tufted with felt washers.
