We offer a great choice of products here on our website, which can be easily ordered online, but if you need any help, please give us a ring.

However, we realise that for many products, nothing beats touching, feeling and sitting on the real thing, so if you have been inspired by what you see here, please come and visit us in the store, where our experienced helpful team will be happy to help you. Our Sittingbourne store has a large customer car park on site, and there is parking immediately behind our Rainham store.  

Purchasing Process

Once you have selected the product that you would like to order, make any option selections required, such as fabric or leather, and then simply click “Add to basket”. If you forget to make a selection, the item cannot be added to your basket and a pop-up will remind you to choose your options – this ensures that all the information required for the item is complete.

When you add an item to your basket, a pop-up appears showing that it has been added to your basket, and with “Continue shopping” and “Check out now” buttons.

If you have everything that you want to order in your basket, click on “Checkout now”. You will be taken to your basket, so you can check you have everything that you require. To proceed with your order, simply click on “Checkout” and then follow the checkout process.

If you would like to continue browsing our online store, simply click on “Continue Shopping”. Once you have everything that you would like to order in your basket, you can access the checkout process either from the pop-up that appears for the last item you add to your basket, or if you have clicked “Continue shopping” but then decided you have everything required, simply click on “My Basket” on the top right of the website. You will then be able to see everything in your basket, and if you are happy, please click on “Checkout” and follow the simple process.


The total cost of your order is the price of the products and services ordered and delivery charges (as set out in the delivery section of this website).

We accept payment by Paypal Express and credit or debit cards. All our card transactions are processed securely by Worldpay.

Contract Creation

A contract is only created when we send you an email confirming receipt of your order and our acceptance of it, and we have taken payment as detailed below.

Click & Collect

If you wish to collect your purchase from store, please select this option when you place your order. We will contact you to arrange which store the collection is from, and we will then send you an email and/or text message once your items are available for collection. Your email or text message will also note which store to collect your order from.

To Change Or Cancel An Order

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible on 01634 387 234 between 9.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Saturday. Please have the order number and date the order was placed to hand. Please note, some orders (special orders or bespoke items), cannot be changed or cancelled once the order has been put through to the supplier and manufacturing has started, as the items are made specifically for you.
