Sherborne Keswick Royale 1-motor Electric Riser Recliner

The Sherborne Royale 1-Motor Electric Riser Recliner chair is designed with a wider and deeper seat to suit the larger build. The contoured shape is designed for exceptional comfort with soft stylish arms, welcoming fibre-filled back cushion and full-width ‘chaise’ seating.

The single motor lifts and tilts the recliner forwards so that getting in and out is the easiest thing imaginable. This full powerlift facility is designed to assist sufferers of arthritis, rheumatism, MS, poor circulation, and many other mobility restrictions. The smooth and easy single motor action also enables the footrest to be fully raised before the back starts reclining. You can recline to a ‘sleeping position’, but) this needs a starting position 20cm (8″) from the wall.

A quick-release handset is fitted as standard to prevent unauthorised use. The handset features recessed buttons to reduce the possibility of inadvertent movement of the action by accidental pressure and it is backlit so all the buttons light up when operated for ease of use even in the dark. It is fitted with a useful clip which can be removed if required and there is a generous side pocket on the chair for the handset.

The riser recliner chair is available in 3 smaller sizes, and all are also offered with dual motors (the ‘sleeping’ position on the single motor models is less reclined than on Dual Motor designs). There is a lovely choice of fabrics and leathers for all models. Matching sofas, and recliner and fixed chairs are available, for a coordinated look.
